Who we are

ClientFlow Pro LLC ("ClientFlow Pro", "we", "us") operates the ClientFlow Pro website and apps at https://clientflowpro.app. These Terms govern your use of them. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password and two-step sign-in private, and tell us at clientflowpro@gmail.com if you think your account was used without permission. One person per login; accounts may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that puts other clients, marketplaces or the service at risk.

Client services

If you are a client, the store-management services we provide, our fees and your share of profit are set out in the Client Service Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-party platforms

The service connects to marketplaces and suppliers such as eBay and Amazon using your own authorization. Those platforms have their own terms, which apply to you. ClientFlow Pro LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. or their affiliates. eBay and Amazon are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your data and documents. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We improve the service often. We may change features or these Terms; when a change matters we will show the new version and ask you to accept it before you continue.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any level of sales or earnings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ClientFlow Pro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. [Attorney to confirm.]

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms, with notice where practical.

SMS program: ClientFlow Pro alerts & offers

Program name: "ClientFlow Pro alerts & offers". If you opt in (on https://clientflowpro.app/sms or when you sign up), ClientFlow Pro LLC sends text messages with account alerts, order updates and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or email clientflowpro@gmail.com. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (https://clientflowpro.app/privacy).

Governing law and disputes
