Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
ClientFlow Pro LLC (1483 East 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11230, clientflowpro@gmail.com) is responsible for personal information processed through ClientFlow Pro.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, sign-in history, device and browser information); client business details (store names, documents you upload, contract terms); marketplace and supplier data you authorize us to read (orders, listings, payouts, fees, buyer shipping details needed to fulfil orders); notes you send with the Report button, including an optional picture of the screen; and messages you send us.
How we use it
To run your store operations, prepare statements and calculate your share, protect accounts and money (for example the cash-flow guard), keep records the law requires, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
eBay and Amazon data
We access eBay data only through eBay's official interfaces (OAuth) and only with your authorization. For the Amazon buying accounts we operate for you, and only if you agree separately, we store the account's login password and its two-step authenticator setup key so the account's one dedicated browser session can sign back in when Amazon signs it out. They are encrypted with a separate key, never shown again after entry, used only for that purpose, every use is logged, and you can revoke them at any time (they are then deleted). We also read the order emails of those accounts (order, shipping, delivery, refund and return messages) to keep your orders and statements up to date. Buyer information is used only to fulfil and support that buyer's order. When a marketplace tells us an account or buyer has been deleted, we delete or anonymize the related data as the marketplace requires.
Sharing
With service providers who host or operate the service for us (subprocessors) under confidentiality and data-protection terms; with marketplaces, suppliers and carriers as needed to fulfil orders; and when the law requires. Our subprocessors are: our cloud hosting and database provider; our email and text-message delivery providers (when those messages are switched on); and an AI provider for drafting replies and listings (only when switched on). The current list, with names, is available on request at clientflowpro@gmail.com..
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Financial records and statements are kept for at least seven years for tax and audit purposes. Report-button notes and screenshots are kept for 12 months. Sign-in logs are kept for 12 months. [Attorney to confirm periods.]
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to limit use of sensitive information. You will not be treated differently for using these rights. Use "Request my data" or "Delete my account" in the app, or email clientflowpro@gmail.com. We verify requests before acting and reply within 45 days.
